Job Description

Ensure accurate recording of day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, cash receipts, accounts receivable, and credit card transactions.

Perform timely and accurate month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

Handle product costing and cost control analysis.

Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and conduct profitability analysis.

Manage asset capitalization processes.

Conduct internal audits and support GST audits.

Ensure proper revenue and expense recognition.

Perform fiscal year-end closing activities and support external audit requirements.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial insights.

Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.

Manage cash flow and capital planning activities.

Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure smooth operations and professional development.

Liaise with government departments for statutory matters.

Bachelor s/ Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Male candidate preferred, with
5 10 years of experience
in financial management and accounting.

Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, and accounting standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly
Microsoft Excel
.

Superior data management and analytical skills.

Strong time management, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Experience in internal audits, GST audits, and government liaison work.
