Job Title: Wiring Supervisor
Department: Production
Experience: Minimum 3 years in electrical panel / switchgear wiring
Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising wiring and assembly operations of electrical
panels and switchgears, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as
per design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise wiring of control panels, distribution boards, and
switchboards as per drawings.
* Allocate daily tasks to wiring technicians and monitor progress.
* Ensure wiring quality, testing, and compliance with electrical
standards.
* Troubleshoot wiring faults and coordinate with design and QC teams.
* Maintain proper documentation and daily production records.
* Ensure adherence to safety and 5S practices on the shop floor.
* Guide and train team members for continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
* Strong knowledge of wiring diagrams, SLDs, and testing tools.
* Hands-on experience in panel wiring and supervision.
* Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
