P.A.G.C. Foundation has been a Section 8 non-profit organisation since 2014.

The foundation provides legal assistance and support to women, survivors of abuse, and individuals facing domestic violence, sexual harassment, and mental health challenges. It actively organises campaigns and events to challenge social taboos and promote community welfare. P.A.G.C. Foundation is committed to expanding its impact nationwide through dedicated volunteers advancing gender equality and societal progress.

Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role with the P.A.G.C. Foundation, based in Patna.

Interns will contribute to program management, assist with events and campaigns, engage with stakeholders, and provide support for community activities. Additional responsibilities include communication-related tasks, report preparation, and participation in training sessions designed to build professional skills.

> Strong skills in Program Management and Analytical Skills

> Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities

> Experience or interest in providing Training and mentoring support

> Passion for gender equality, social causes, and community welfare

>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and flexibility in both on-site and remote settings.

The applicants can choose among the four work profiles mentioned below and go through the roles and responsibilities listed in each portfolio. The interns are expected to help the organisation with fundraising, regardless of the portfolio they choose. This implies that fundraising is a compulsory task for each intern.

Who can apply? 

∙ Above 16 years of age.

∙ Those who have excellent communication and writing skills.

∙ Who has Bilingual proficiency (Can read, understand and write well) – English and Hindi.
