Roles and Responsibilities

Manage Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Management.
Provide Level 2 support for VMware vSphere (ESXi) environments.
Troubleshoot issues related to virtualization, clustering, and storage connectivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-7 years of experience in a similar role supporting Windows Server infrastructure on VMware vSphere (ESXi).
Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management, and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with ESXi hosts configuration management using tools like Ansible or PowerShell Desired State Configuration (DSC).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
