Job Description

Customer Assistance:
Guide customers with wine recommendations based on taste preferences, food pairings, and budgets.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate wine inventory records, ensure proper stock rotation, and assist with ledger entries and stock counts.
Documentation:
Support in updating inventory logs, daily sales summaries, transfers, and other wine-related documentation.
Merchandising:
Organize and maintain attractive wine displays and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the wine section.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on wine regions, varietals, vintages, and promotions to educate customers and support store staff.
Compliance:
Ensure responsible service of alcohol and adherence to store policies and legal regulations.

Prior experience in wine sales, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
Basic knowledge of wine types, regions, and food pairings is required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to travel between store locations on short notice.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in Retail, Liquor Industry
