Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Windows Administrator / DBA to manage, maintain, and optimize Windows servers and database environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Windows server administration, database management, and performance tuning to ensure enterprise system reliability and security.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain Windows servers and associated services.Manage database systems (SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL) including installation, configuration, and upgrades.Monitor system and database performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively.Perform backups, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Batch, or Python).Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and application teams for smooth operations.Maintain documentation for system and database configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
