Position : Windows System Administrator Location : Hyderabad, India Type : Full-Time (In-House) Work Mode : 5 Days Work from Office Company : PI Square Technologies Pvt. Ltd. As part of our internal IT growth, we are seeking an experienced Windows System Administrator to join our inhouse team based in Hyderabad. Job Description We are looking for a skilled Windows System Administrator to manage, support, and maintain our internal Windows-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and system monitoring tools. Roles & Responsibilities Administer and maintain Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) environments Manage Active Directory users, groups, GPOs, and OU structures Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, RDP, and file systems Perform patch management, system upgrades, and server hardening Monitor server and network performance using tools like Perfmon, Event Viewer Handle user account creation, permission management, and password policies Provide L2/L3 support for infrastructure-related issues Troubleshoot connectivity issues for remote users (VPN, DNS, Winsock resets, etc.) Maintain backup policies and disaster recovery readiness Ensure compliance with IT security and audit standards Technical Skills Required Strong knowledge of Active Directory , Group Policy , DNS , DHCP , and File Sharing Experience with Windows Server OS , PowerShell scripting , and performance monitoring tools Familiarity with Azure AD , O365 , and conditional access is a plus Understanding of firewall rules, ports (RDP: 3389, LDAP: 389/636), and protocols Troubleshooting tools: ipconfig, nslookup, ping, tracert, netsh Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in Windows System Administration Microsoft certification (e.g., MCSA, Azure Fundamentals) preferred Why Join PI Square?
