Wintel Specialist / SME/L3 Required Technical Skill Set** Windows Server Admin with VMWare Desired Experience Range** 8 -10 years 5 Location of Requirement Hyderabad Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Good knowledge on Windows Admin and VMWare admin Windows Server 2003/Server 2008/Server 2008 R2/Server 2012/Server 2012 R2/Server 2016/ server 2019 Patching experience for windows server and cluster servers Understanding on Installation and Management of AD, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS. Experience in Multi Domain and Location Environments Proactive Management and troubleshooting knowledge on Windows Good Experience on Server Hardware Work on Incident Changes and Problems VMware Infrastructure Management that include Design, configure, and manage VMware virtualization infrastructure, including vSphere, ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and vSAN Good Knowledge on VRA(vRealize automation) to create deployment automation with automation tool Validating BU requirements, mounting ESXi boxes, Installing ESXi on bare metal machines. Creating Storage pools, volumes, and assign LUNs to ESXi. Able to build a VMWare host server from the scratch, allocate storage to individual VMs and then effectively manage those VMs for optimum performance. Deploying Virtual Machines as per the required configuration add it to domain, perform post build checks and deliver to the stakeholders Good-to-Have Azure server administration and platform Well versed on Incident Change and Problem Management Process Creating Baseline documents for Servers Security and environment Basics for SAN/NAS storage Server hardware that include Cisco UCS, Dell, HP The Engineer is responsible for manage and support end-end of all Windows servers, AD, Policies and VM administration on both on-prem and cloud Show more Show less
