Location: Hyderabad, India – Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Company: Solenis GSS India Experience: 10+ Years About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned Windows SCCM & Intune Architect with deep expertise in designing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Modern Management platforms. The role requires strong architectural skills, hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, Co-management, MEM, Autopilot, and Azure, along with the ability to work cross-functionally and provide technical leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, and deploy Microsoft Endpoint solutions (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, Co-management, MEM, Azure Portal).Manage enterprise-scale Intune/SCCM environments: OSD, application packaging/deployment, patching, hardware specifications.Administer, integrate, and co-manage Intune with SCCM.Device Management across Windows, iOS, Android (Intune MDM, JAMF).Configure policies for M365 security tools (Defender ATP, Azure RMS, BitLocker, Device Guard, Credential Guard).Set up and maintain SCCM servers, distribution points, and site servers.Troubleshoot application and patch deployment issues with vendors.Implement Autopilot, Conditional Access, MAM policies, and Azure AD integrations.Hands-on with scripting & automation (PowerShell, orchestration, AD/GPO).Support compliance reporting, patch management, and system log monitoring.Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and IT Architecture teams on cross-domain projects.Provide technical guidance, strategic recommendations, and compliance management.Deliver reports on device inventory, compliance, and metering. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.10+ years of enterprise experience in SCCM & Intune architecture.Expertise in Microsoft Cloud technologies (M365, Azure AD, EMS, Azure AD Connect, Windows Hello for Business, Hybrid/Azure AD joined devices).Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation.Proven ability in SCCM design, implementation, and large-scale deployments.Hands-on with MSI Tables, patch distribution, and network/security integrations.Excellent troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration skills.
