Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Understand customer requirements for Windows 10/11 desktop/laptop Standard operating processes (SOE) with desired settings, configured functionalities, core applications and software distribution process

Proficient with managing drivers, BIOS as part of build customizations via MDT

Have good understanding of Windows OS autopilot

Have good understanding of Microsoft Intune.

Proficient with Power Shell

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.

Exposed to working in and around on premise & Azure Active directory

Analytical skills and strong troubleshooting mindset

General knowledge about hardware (background as break-fix is a possibility)

Experience in testing and documenting findings

Ability to unpack and put together a system (desktop/laptop)

Ability to attach peripherals (printers, docking stations, etc. ) and test behavior

Ability to understand instructions, follow instructions performing testing of hardware (new and old)

Team player, working well with others

Able to clearly articulate ones view verbally and non-verbally

Mandatory skills

Windows OS imaging (MDT), Autopilot, Intune & PowerShell scripting.

Desired/ Secondary skills

SCCM, Intune
