Job Title:

Windows & VMware Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities:

Administer, manage, and monitor
Windows Servers
and
VMware ESXi/VMware vCenter
environments.
Perform installation, configuration, and patching of servers.
Troubleshoot Windows server and VMware-related issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and policies.
Ensure server and virtualization platform availability, reliability, and security.
Support day-to-day IT infra operations and handle incidents within SLA.
Perform system performance tuning and proactive monitoring.
Work with IT stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Minimum
1.5+ years of experience
in Windows & VMware Administration.
Strong knowledge of
Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
.
Hands-on experience with
VMware ESXi and vCenter
.
Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be an
Immediate Joiner
