GigaVUE-FM / Cloud Orchestration team has the mission of defining and developing a well-managed VMware virtualized environment with ESXi/NSX-T platform and to provide the simplest experience for the engineering team to consume & qualify the Gigamon visibility solution. In this role, the VMware administrator has to bring up Data Center / Network Virtualization and also bring in enterprise class monitoring of the setup. We are looking for candidates to have exposure to VMware virtualized environment bring-up and administration. In this role, the VMware Administrator is expected to have expertise / command over the Data Center / Nettwork Virtulaization/ Security defined and capable of performing installation, implementation, customization, operation, recovery and performance tuning. Requirements : 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure required, and having certifications on the working domain. Working experience of bringing-up VMware virtualized setup from bare metal and managing the same. VMware certification is a plus. Good understanding of Unix fundamentals, storage, networking and load balancing. Knowledge and ideas on how to build infrastructure, support & monitor and bring in efficiency in every possible way. Data Centre Strongholds: Proficient in controlling administrator rights on VM Infrastructure, Use of VMware Converter Enterprise and overview.
