Job Description below:-
1. Managing All Server support
2. Responsible for all downtime & Server uptime availability 3. Responsible to manage AD, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, Commvault, Antivirus Support, etc. 4. Responsible for managing all Server performance & health reports. 5. Responsible to monitor, report & act upon all Server related issues. 6. Manage Incident, Problem & Change management for all Servers. 7. Manage Vendor coordination for all Server HW related issue. 8. Responsible for Patch and file management for all servers & end user machines 9. Responsible to Support in Virtualization Setup including VMWare. 10. Management of event logs, disk space, disk defragmentation of servers. 11. Responsible for escalating unresolved problems to the principal / vendor for ensuring resolution. 12. Responsible for performing periodic and scheduled server health check ups. 13. Installation, reinstallation & managing services configured on Servers. 14. Maintain, Monitor & perform backup schedule and updates as per defined process.
15. Responsible for Server Backup.
