Key Responsibilities

Report to Development Lead/Architect as a Windchill Senior Developer.
Participate in daily business development processes and assigned development tasks.
Report to Architects on development assignments as per design specifications.
Fix software issues promptly as reported by QA and Product Owners, following the scrum process.
Actively participate in scrum events (daily standups, scrum planning, scrum retrospectives) and suggest process enhancements.
Understand the Windchill data model and support architects in designing new requirements.
Develop code with hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and Hibernate.
Run and develop unit tests; support QA with automated tests.
Demonstrate passion for learning and practicing new development methods and propose alternatives to Software Architects.
Pay attention to detail and mentor new team members.
