Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced WHS Officer to join our team at Amazon, playing a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and construction, with excellent knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions plans.

Provide training and guidance on workplace health and safety best practices to employees.

Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with management to develop and implement emergency response plans.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Proven experience in workplace health and safety, preferably in the engineering and construction industry.

Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
