Wholesale Credit Risk - In-Business Quality Assurance Population Analytics (Vice President)

As a Vice President, Wholesale Credit Risk - In-Business Quality Assurance Population Analytics at Citi, you will play a crucial role in verifying that established standards and processes are consistently applied in the Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR) business. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams to ensure effective execution of Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs) and providing feedback on deficiencies and areas of improvement to management. You will be based in Mumbai, India and report to the In-Business QA WLCR Enablement Head. Key Responsibilities: - Source populations regularly for all QA entities and maintain standards for analyzing applicable workflows for WCR Policies, Procedures, and Standards - Assist in early population analytics, sample selection, resourcing, and test script development for QARs - Share accurate and timely information related to the Population Extract with QA Leads and Heads - Collaborate with WLCR and CCR Leads and Heads to ensure timely sharing of information to QA Management - Ensure diligent execution of Corrective Action Plans for Self-Identified Issues and timely submission for review and closure - Design and communicate Insights and Analytics Management Information (MI) reports - Support internal projects and initiatives of WLCR/CCR/Data IBQA - Engage in WCR IBQA Voice of the Employee (VOE) and diversity and inclusion initiatives - Travel required (less than 10%) Qualifications: - 8-10 years of experience in wholesale banking, credit risk management, operations, or internal audit - Advanced understanding of risk management and control frameworks - Proficiency in data analytic tools and preparing presentations for seniors - BA/BSc or higher degree in Business (MBA) or related subject In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, as a successful candidate, you should possess: - Strategic orientation to drive best practices in risk management - Proven track record of building high-performing teams - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence without direct authority - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Joining Citi means becoming part of a global family of over 230,000 dedicated individuals.
