Wholesale Credit & Lending Delivery Lead

The Wholesale Credit & Lending Delivery Lead role with a Consulting Major requires an experienced individual to lead the delivery of projects in a dynamic and diverse work environment. As the Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio roadmap for your area and ensuring its successful execution. This includes managing project approaches, building stakeholder buy-in, understanding data and process flows for model implementation, and supporting scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, and budget management. Your role will also involve monitoring and reporting progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to relevant stakeholders, steering committees, and internal teams. You will be expected to make recommendations to influence decision-making processes to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization. Furthermore, supporting governance and control activities aligned with business needs and organizational processes will be crucial. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate a track record of leading delivery through teams in various environments, working across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural settings, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving successful delivery of complex transformational initiatives. Your ability to implement change effectively, plan and manage activities to drive successful outcomes, and communicate proficiently at all levels will be essential.
