Job Description

As a Quality Manager/Architect, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities where quality engineering and test technology can benefit the customer. You will be responsible for developing practical solutions based on this analysis. Your primary responsibilities will include test management at the project level, creation and implementation of test plans, and acting as the interface between the client and the test team. Strong communication and people management skills are essential for success in this role. In addition to the general job description, for this specific grade, you are expected to be a highly experienced Quality Assurance and Test Engineer who commands respect and influences both customers and colleagues. You should have a proven track record of coaching and establishing new teams, as well as several years of experience working with a diverse range of clients.
