Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and structured Western dance sessions for students (Grades [mention grade range])
Prepare students for school performances, competitions, and cultural events
Create choreographies suitable for age and skill level
Maintain discipline, encourage participation, and ensure student safety during sessions
Collaborate with other coaches, teachers, and event coordinators for school events
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents when required

Key Skills:

Expertise in Western dance styles: Jazz, Hip-hop, Contemporary, Freestyle, etc.
Experience in teaching or choreographing school-age children
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Creative, energetic, and approachable personality

Requirements:

2+ years of relevant experience as a dance instructor/coach
Formal training or certification in Western Dance (preferred)
Prior experience in school environment is an advantage
Ability to commit to the full duration of the contract
