We’re looking for a creative and disciplined Video Editor who can elevate our brand presence and trainer ORM through sharp, high-quality videos.

🎯 About Us

Aim Fiinsight is where finance meets finesse — founded by Manas Kotrru (Ex-PwC | KPMG | RSM | Knowcraft).

We train and mentor finance professionals to crack Big 4, Investment Banking & Consulting roles through practical, hands-on valuation and modeling programs.

🎥 What You’ll Do

• Edit branding videos, trainer ORM content, and course-related material for YouTube, LinkedIn & Instagram
• Transform raw clips into engaging, high-impact storytelling content
• Design short-form reels, educational clips, and brand promos with clean transitions and sharp pacing
• Repurpose training sessions, interviews, and testimonials into social-first snippets
• Maintain brand tone, color consistency, and overall design language

🧠 Tools You Know

Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / Filmora / DaVinci Resolve

(After Effects, CapCut, or Canva – a plus!)

💼 You’re Someone Who:

• Understands personal branding and educational content storytelling
• Has a sharp eye for visuals, sync, and detail
• Is proactive, meets deadlines, and enjoys creative autonomy
• Can handle multi-format editing — YouTube long form, Reels, Trailers, Ads
