🔹 What You’ll Do

Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Build ad creatives (basic graphics in Canva when needed)
Analyze performance, track KPIs, and refine targeting strategies
Drive efficiency through
smart optimization
, not just budget increases

🔹 What We’re Looking For

7+ years of hands-on Paid Ads experience
Strong knowledge of ad platforms, targeting, bidding, and optimization strategies
Ability to create simple, effective ad graphics in Canva
Excellent command of English (clear communication is a must)
Experience handling small to mid-sized clients
Strategic mindset—able to identify gaps, test ideas, and drive results
