Position Summary

ITIL/ITSM Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

ITSM Implementation & Management

• Lead ITSM implementations

  (preferably ServiceNow) from scoping through deployment

• Configure

  core ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management

• Design workflows, state transitions, notifications, and approval processes

• Ensure platform configurations are optimized and consistent

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end ITSM architecture solutions

  aligned with business objectives

• Lead architectural design of complex ITSM implementations

  across enterprise environments
• Create

  solution prototypes

  and proof-of-concepts to validate architectural approaches
• Define technology selection strategies for optimal ITSM solutions
