We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (Remote, Immediate Joiners)

Alluring Monks is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our young, fast growing creative team. We work with multiple brands across industries, and every project demands fresh thinking, bold imagination, and high attention to detail. This role is not for someone who just “knows the tools” but for someone who lives and breathes design.

What you’ll be working on:

• Designing social media posts, ads, carousels, reels, and brand creatives.
• Creating marketing assets for digital campaigns that stop people mid-scroll.
• Bringing ideas to life with sharp visual storytelling.
• Collaborating closely with content creators, social media managers, performance teams, and clients to produce designs that actually perform.

What you must know (tools and skills):

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
• Canva (quick mockups and fast delivery assets).
• Figma (UI/UX and collaborative design).
• Blender or other 3D design tools (bonus, and a big plus for shortlisting).
• Video editing basics for ad creatives and reels.
• Strong typography, layout, and branding sense.

What will make you stand out:

• Experience working in an agency environment.
• Ability to create unique, original designs and not rely on templates.
• Understanding how design impacts marketing performance.
• Creative curiosity, willingness to experiment, and a problem-solving mindset.
