Role Description :

This is a contract, on-site role for a Fresher - HR Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting in the onboarding process. Daily tasks include posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating hiring activities, and maintaining candidate databases. The HR Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
• Ability to coordinate and schedule interviews
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
