What You’ll Do

• Build, deploy, and scale automation workflows (beyond simple chatbots)
• Design LLM-driven RAG systems and agent-to-agent (A2A) logic using LangChain or LangGraph
• Integrate external APIs, vector DBs, and real-time communication layers (REST, WSS, SSE)
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to implement production-grade AI systems
• Optimize existing pipelines and backends for speed, reliability, and modularity

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have

  2–4 years of experience

  in backend or AI engineering
• Can work comfortably with

  Python

  ,

  JavaScript/TypeScript

  , and

  RESTful integrations

• Have

  hands-on experience

  with one or more orchestration tools (Botpress, n8n, Make.com, Flowise)
• Understand

  API auth flows

  ,

  HTTP methods

  , and

  event-driven architecture

• Are fluent with

  Linux command line

  and comfortable deploying via Docker
• Love solving automation problems end-to-end — from architecture to production rollout

Bonus Points

• Prior work with

  LangChain, LangGraph

  , or

  MCP-based multi-agent frameworks

• Experience building or integrating with

  voice systems

  (Twilio, VAPI)
• Exposure to

  LLM evaluation

  , token optimization, or context-memory design
• You’ve built and shipped something real — bots, APIs, or agent frameworks
