Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and personable Wellness Expert to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about holistic wellness and experienced in guiding clients through personalized programs while building trust and long-term relationships. Strong communication skills and the ability to support client decision-making are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand client goals and lifestyle needs
• Educate clients on wellness programs and available services
• Build rapport and guide clients through their wellness journey with confidence and care
• Support client onboarding and follow-up to encourage engagement and consistency
• Maintain accurate client records and track progress
• Collaborate with the team to improve client experience and retention

Requirements

• Experience in wellness, health coaching, lifestyle consulting, or related fields
• Proven ability to engage clients and support informed decision-making
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working with targets and performance goals
• Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in wellness centers, fitness studios, or lifestyle programs
• Experience in consultative sales or client conversion
• Certification in wellness, nutrition, fitness, or coaching (a plus, not required)
