Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Wellness Expert with proven client conversion and sales experience in a slimming, wellness, or healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is confident, empathetic, and skilled at converting consultations into paid wellness programs while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and telephonic consultations with prospective clients
• Clearly explain slimming programs, treatments, and wellness plans
• Convert walk-ins, leads, and inquiries into enrolled clients
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable wellness solutions
• Maintain high conversion ratios and meet monthly sales targets
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure closure
• Coordinate with therapists and clinic staff for smooth client onboarding
• Maintain accurate client records and daily sales reports
• Deliver a premium, trust-based client experience

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in client conversion / sales
• (Slimming clinic, wellness center, fitness, or healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Proven ability to close sales and meet targets
• Client-focused mindset with a professional appearance
• Comfortable working with KPIs, revenue goals, and follow-ups
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, clinic software)Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in slimming, weight loss, dermatology, or wellness clinics
• Knowledge of body contouring, diet programs, or wellness treatments
• Female candidates preferred (if applicable to clinic requirements)
