Job Title: Wellness Expert Client Conversion

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed
wellness consultations
to understand client lifestyle, health goals, and concerns
Recommend appropriate
wellness, slimming, or lifestyle programs
based on clinic protocols
Convert walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries
into active clients
Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through effective counseling
Maintain accurate
client records, follow-ups, and progress tracking
Coordinate with therapists, dietitians, and clinic teams for seamless service delivery
Achieve
monthly consultation and conversion targets
Ensure high standards of
client satisfaction and retention

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong
communication, counseling, and persuasion skills
Proven experience in
client conversion / sales through consultation
Empathetic approach with a professional and ethical mindset
Ability to handle targets in a wellness or healthcare environment
Willingness to learn and follow Vecuras wellness systems and protocols

Qualifications:

BAMS / BHMS / BNYS / BSMS / Pharm D / MSc Food & Nutrition (or related wellness qualification)
Certification or experience in wellness, nutrition, lifestyle management, or slimming industry preferred

Experience:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in wellness clinics, slimming centers, healthcare consultation, or similar client-facing roles
Freshers with strong communication and conversion skills may also apply (as per clinic requirement)
