About the Company

Perfect Engineering Services is a leading manufacturer and supplier of industrial valves, strainers, steam equipment, and flow control solutions for process industries. Our manufacturing unit is expanding, and we are looking for skilled Welders to join our production team.

Role Overview

The Welder will be responsible for carrying out high-quality welding and fabrication work on various components such as valves, strainers, and associated piping/steel structures, as per drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations (Arc/MIG/TIG or as applicable) on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metals used in our products.
• Read and understand fabrication drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions.
• Fit, align, and weld components to specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Use welding tools, grinders, cutting equipment, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
• Inspect welds for quality, finish, and dimensional accuracy; carry out rework if required.
• Follow all safety guidelines, PPE usage, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain basic records of work completed, welding parameters, and material used.

Qualification & Experience

• Educational Qualification:
• ITI in Welding / Welder Trade
• OR ITI in a similar relevant trade with strong welding skills
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Welder in a fabrication / manufacturing / engineering industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Practical knowledge of welding processes (SMAW / GMAW / GTAW as applicable).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
• Good understanding of weld quality, defects, and basic inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with safety practices in welding and fabrication areas.
• Team player with a disciplined and responsible approach to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
