Design shredders, balers, conveyors, hoppers, and mechanical systems as per project requirements. Develop 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Inventor). Design mechanical components including shafts, gears, blades/cutters, housings, frames, hydraulic systems, etc. Optimize designs for strength, durability, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability. Perform load calculations, torque, power requirements, structural analysis, and safety factor calculations.
