Job Description

We are looking to hire a hard-working and skilled fitter & Welder to join our team. We’re looking for a hardworking professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a background in M S fittings and welds, from MS Sheet, MS Pipe, MS Angle, MS Tank, any MS Items. We’re looking for a long-term candidate who is looking for a secure and rewarding form of employment.

To be successful as a fitter / welder, you should be detail-oriented, focused, and adept at interpreting blueprints. Ultimately, an exceptional fitter should be able to safely use hand and power tools as well as demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Fitter Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the blueprints for mechanical systems to determine the specifications of the components to be constructed.
• Constructing structural components from raw materials.
• Using welding equipment to fuse structural components.
• Inspecting fabricated components to ensure that they are the correct size.
• Utilizing shears, power saws, cutting torches, and chipper knives to cut structural components as needed.
• Creating a suitable maintenance schedule and performing system maintenance accordingly.
• Conducting diagnostic testing on malfunctioning systems to determine the root cause of the malfunction.
• Replacing damaged or defective structural components as needed.
• Adhering to all work-site safety rules and regulations.

Welder Responsibilities:

· Read and interpret project plans, blueprints and other written instructions and diagrams to perform task at hand

· Perform MIG & ARC Welding on project needs

· Select proper fillers for jobs based on previous experience or project instructions

· Conserve resources whenever possible to ensure budgetary integrity and client satisfaction

· De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture

Fitter / Welder Requirements:

• Experience in MS Tank work
• Experience in MS plate rolling work
• ITI Diploma in Mechanical in Fitter / Welder
• Proven experience working as a fitter MS Fabrication work.
• The ability to use hand and power tools.
• The ability to interpret blueprints for mechanical systems.
• The ability to concentrate for extended periods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional welding and mechanical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
