Roles and Responsibilities · Should have a minimum 2-10 years of project sales experience in industrial products like Cement & Fly-Ash Silo, Bulker Unloading System, Fly-Ash Bricks Making Plant, Concrete Batching Plant, Concrete Pump or in RMC segment more than 5 years etc. · Responsible for determining customers specific technical requirements and product feature needs; assisting in determining customers project scope and definition of work; generating submittal packages in consultation with the engineering team (product data sheets; bill of materials; standard and customer drawings; layout and connection detail drawings; return on investment analysis; etc. ); creating standard drawings for typical product applications; generating quotes. · Having background experiences and studies in Mechanical & Electrical engineering line Ability to combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a specific range of products. · To monitor customers and competitors activities in the market and update important customer and competitor information to the management. · Ability to work independently on strategic issues with client; capable of managing fairly complex projects. · People with high energy level and positive attitude, shall be able to cover the market and communicate with decision makers to bring profitable business to the organization. · We are looking for a results-driven, self-driven sales professional to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. We’re looking for a hardworking professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a background in M S fittings and welds, from MS Sheet, MS Pipe, MS Angle, MS Tank, any MS Items. We’re looking for a long-term candidate who is looking for a secure and rewarding form of employment. To be successful as a fitter / welder, you should be detail-oriented, focused, and adept at interpreting blueprints. Ultimately, an exceptional fitter should be able to safely use hand and power tools as well as demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Fitter Responsibilities: Analyzing the blueprints for mechanical systems to determine the specifications of the components to be constructed. Constructing structural components from raw materials. Using welding equipment to fuse structural components. Inspecting fabricated components to ensure that they are the correct size. Utilizing shears, power saws, cutting torches, and chipper knives to cut structural components as needed. Creating a suitable maintenance schedule and performing system maintenance accordingly. Conducting diagnostic testing on malfunctioning systems to determine the root cause of the malfunction. Replacing damaged or defective structural components as needed. Adhering to all work-site safety rules and regulations. Welder Responsibilities: · Read and interpret project plans, blueprints and other written instructions and diagrams to perform task at hand · Perform MIG & ARC Welding on project needs · Select proper fillers for jobs based on previous experience or project instructions · Conserve resources whenever possible to ensure budgetary integrity and client satisfaction · De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture Fitter / Welder Requirements: Experience in MS Tank work Experience in MS plate rolling work ITI Diploma in Mechanical in Fitter / Welder Proven experience working as a fitter MS Fabrication work. The ability to use hand and power tools. The ability to interpret blueprints for mechanical systems. The ability to concentrate for extended periods. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
