Profile - Wilder

Qualification - ITI Welder

Experience - 3+years’ experience in welding of structural steel in PEB or fabrication industry.

Salary - Upto 3.6 Lac CTC

Location - Neemrana (Raj.)

Key Responsibilities -

Perform MIG / Arc / CO₂ welding on structural steel members, beams, columns, and connection plates.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and fabrication sketches.

Ensure accurate welding as per WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and company standards.

Carry out cutting, grinding, and fitting operations before and after welding.

Inspect welded joints for strength and quality, ensuring defect-free welds.

Maintain welding equipment, tools, and PPE in proper working condition.

Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and hazards in workshop/site.

Coordinate with fabricators, fitters, and supervisors to complete production targets.

Report welding defects or material issues to the quality department for rectification.

Support in erection/installation works at site when required.
