Key ResponsibilitiesPerform all types of welding and fabrication work as per production and maintenance requirements, including: MIG Welding (Metal Inert Gas) TIG Welding (Tungsten Inert Gas) Arc Welding / Stick Welding Gas Welding / Oxy-Acetylene Welding Spot Welding Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Ensure high-quality welds with proper finishing and strength. Follow all safety standards, PPE usage, and company procedures. Support maintenance and project teams in fabrication-related tasks. Candidate RequirementsITI / Diploma in Welding or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1–3 years of welding experience in manufacturing/industrial setup. Proficient in all types of welding techniques mentioned above. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and safety-conscious.
