कार्य सारांश:

हम एक कुशल और अनुभवी वेल्डर की भर्ती कर रहे हैं, जो विभिन्न वेल्डिंग तकनीकों का उपयोग कर धातु के हिस्सों और संरचनाओं को जोड़ सके। उम्मीदवार को गुणवत्ता, सुरक्षा और तकनीकी ड्रॉइंग के अनुसार कार्य पूरा करने में दक्ष होना चाहिए।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• परियोजना की आवश्यकता के अनुसार MIG, TIG, ARC और गैस वेल्डिंग कार्य करना।
• इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग और वेल्डिंग सिंबल को पढ़ना और समझना।
• वेल्डिंग से पहले सामग्री और मशीनों की तैयारी और संरेखण करना।
• मेटल स्ट्रक्चर, ग्रिल, फ्रेम आदि को बनाना और जोड़ना।
• वेल्डेड जोड़ों की ग्राइंडिंग, कटिंग और फिनिशिंग करना।
• वेल्डिंग की गुणवत्ता की जांच करना और उसे मानक के अनुसार सुनिश्चित करना।
• वेल्डिंग मशीन और उपकरणों का रखरखाव करना।
• सभी कार्यों में सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना और PPE पहनना।
• ज़रूरत के अनुसार साइट पर या वर्कशॉप में कार्य करना।
• मरम्मत और स्ट्रक्चरल मेंटेनेंस कार्य में सहायता करना।
• कार्यस्थल को साफ और व्यवस्थित बनाए रखना।

योग्यता:

• वेल्डर के रूप में न्यूनतम 2–3 वर्षों का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
• वेल्डिंग में ITI या किसी तकनीकी संस्थान से प्रमाणपत्र होना वांछनीय।
• वेल्डिंग सिंबल और तकनीकी ड्रॉइंग को पढ़ने की क्षमता।
• विभिन्न वेल्डिंग तकनीकों और मटेरियल्स (MS, SS, अल्युमिनियम आदि) का ज्ञान।
• सुरक्षा नियमों और प्रोटोकॉल का अच्छा ज्ञान।
• फिजिकली फिट और लंबे समय तक साइट पर कार्य करने की क्षमता।
• ज़रूरत पड़ने पर परियोजना स्थल पर यात्रा या स्थान परिवर्तन करने की इच्छा।

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for joining metal parts and structures using appropriate welding techniques as per the job requirement. The welder must ensure high-quality, safe, and precise welding in compliance with drawings, codes, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks such as MIG, TIG, ARC, and Gas welding based on project requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Prepare and align materials and welding equipment prior to welding.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures, frames, grills, and reinforcements.
• Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing of welded joints.
• Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Maintain welding machines, tools, and safety gear.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Work on-site or at the workshop depending on the project.
• Assist in structural repairs and maintenance as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Certification in welding (ITI or any technical certification preferred).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and welding symbols.
• Knowledge of different welding techniques and materials (MS, SS, aluminum, etc.).
• Understanding of welding safety practices and codes.
• Physically fit to handle lifting, bending, and extended working hours on site.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites, if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
