Job Title: Manpower Supervisor Location: Bengaluru Company: Shree Balaji Contracts & Projects Department: Operations/HR Coordination Reports To: Operations Head / HR Manager Job Summary:Shree Balaji Contracts & Projects is looking for a dedicated and organized Manpower Supervisor to handle recruitment, deployment, and record-keeping of blue-collar manpower. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with our HR department to ensure all manpower-related processes are handled efficiently and in compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Deployment: Source, screen, and recruit blue-collar manpower as per site and project requirements. Coordinate with local labour suppliers and field agents for timely hiring. Ensure smooth deployment of manpower to assigned locations in Bengaluru. Workforce Management: Maintain daily records of manpower availability, deployment, attendance, and replacements. Monitor and reduce absenteeism and attrition through proactive communication and follow-up. Conduct regular site visits to address worker concerns and verify workforce performance. HR Coordination: Assist in onboarding, ID issuance, and documentation (Aadhar, bank details, ESIC, PF, etc.). Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements. Documentation & Reporting: Keep updated digital and physical records of all manpower. Share daily/weekly workforce reports with management. Maintain a manpower database for active and reserve workers. Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure that all hiring and workforce practices follow legal and ethical standards. Educate workers on basic company policies, safety measures, and code of conduct. Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in manpower recruitment or field coordination (preferably in blue-collar segment). Good communication skills in Hindi, Kannada (mandatory for Bengaluru), and basic English. Comfortable with local travel and field duties. Knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and basic record maintenance. Understanding of ESIC, PF, and labour documentation preferred.
