Job Description

Welder (MIG / 5G / 3G)

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG, 5G, and 3G welding operations for fabrication and repair.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Prepare and set up welding equipment and tools before starting work.
Inspect welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
Maintain welding machines, tools, and accessories in proper condition.
Follow safety guidelines while handling gases, machines, and hot work.
Work on structural components, heavy machinery parts, and industrial assemblies.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Welding (preferred).
5–8 years of hands-on welding experience in industrial or heavy equipment setup.
Proficiency in MIG, 5G, and 3G welding techniques.
Strong knowledge of metals, welding rods, and fabrication processes.
Ability to work independently and deliver precision under deadlines.
Good understanding of safety protocols and PPE usage.

Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
