Material Handling (Kawasaki & Nachi), Body lifters, Conveyor & Transfer systems, Jigs & Fixtures , Hoist
& Hangers, hemming machine , Portable Weld guns, Sealer

Trouble shoot and Replace parts PLCs, Inverters, Servo Drives etc.
3.
Carryout parts replacement Motor, Gearbox, Chain, bearings etc.
4. Carryout
Overhauling of Robots [Mechanical /
5. Manage and control
Automated / Robotic Weld Line including Quality.
6. Carryout Vibration, Chain elongation
Analysis & judgement.
1. Planning & Execution
of Preventive, Breakdown, Predictive Maintenance.
2. Knowledge on Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PLC Omron / Mitsubishi, Robot [Spot/Sealer/Material
Handling/Stud welding] welding]--(Nachi &
3. IT networking understanding for Equipment's
Ethernet, LAN, FL Net, CC Link.
4. Understanding
of latest Digital technologies Symptom Grasping Tools, IoT, WiFi Data transfer.
5. Good communication skills & Leadership qualities
to Lead a team of Technicians.
6. Spares
Planning /Procurement / Inventory / SAP know how.
7. Kaizen Mind
for carrying out Innovations towards Safety/Quality/Productivity/Human Dev.
