This is a full-time on-site role for a Wedding Planner located in Hyderabad. The Wedding Planner will be responsible for planning and coordinating all elements of weddings, ensuring that the events run smoothly and meet the clients' expectations. Day-to-day tasks will include liaising with clients to understand their requirements, managing budgets, selecting and coordinating with vendors, arranging travel and accommodations for guests, and handling any unforeseen issues that may arise during the event. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests alike.

Qualifications

Experience in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning
Skills in Budgeting and financial management
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations
Relevant certification in Event Planning or Hospitality Management is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
