*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic *Wedding Planner (Sales & Operations)* who can manage both client acquisition and end-to-end wedding operations. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and the ability to execute flawless wedding events while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Management:

* Generate leads through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, social media, etc.).

* Meet prospective clients, understand their wedding requirements, and pitch customized packages.

* Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring profitability for the company.

* Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

* Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and event budgets.

#### *Operations & Event Management:*

* Plan, coordinate, and execute wedding events as per client expectations.

* Handle vendor negotiations (decorators, caterers, photographers, venues, artists, etc.) at best possible rates.

* Create and manage wedding timelines, checklists, and event flow.

* Supervise on-ground operations to ensure seamless execution.

* Manage hotel bookings, guest logistics, transportation, and hospitality arrangements.

* Resolve any last-minute issues or complaints professionally.

#### *Coordination & Reporting:*

* Collaborate with internal teams for smooth event execution.

* Maintain records of bookings, payments, and operational details.

* Provide post-event reports and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.

* Meet monthly and quarterly sales & operational targets.

### *Requirements:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in Wedding Planning, Event Sales, or Hospitality.

* Strong negotiation and communication skills.

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

* Knowledge of wedding trends, themes, and vendor networks.

* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (evenings/weekends).
