Role Purpose

To craft visually stunning wedding stories by editing photographs and designing albums that reflect Ivory Films’ signature style—emotionally rich, timeless, and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and color-grade wedding photographs in

  Lightroom/Photoshop

  to match Ivory Films’ aesthetic.

• Design and layout wedding albums

  using album design software/tools.
• Deliver

  teaser sets within 3 days

  and

  full albums within 10–12 days

  of handoff.
• Collaborate with photographers, cinematographers, and the creative team for visual consistency.
• Ensure high-quality skin retouching, color balance, and storytelling through images.
• Manage multiple projects with organized file structures, backups, and proper naming conventions.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal QC to refine edits and album designs.
• Create curated photo-based content (social media posts/reels) when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven expertise in

  Lightroom, Photoshop, and album design software (e.g., SmartAlbums, Fundy, or similar)

  .
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, layout, and aesthetics.
• Ability to maintain

  consistency in style

  across multiple projects.
• Excellent

  time management skills

  to meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset—adaptable, open to feedback, and a strong communicator.
