Photo Editor – Wedding Photography

Role Purpose

To curate and enhance timeless wedding photographs with Ivory Films’ signature aesthetic—delivering emotionally rich, high-quality albums and social media visuals that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and color-grade wedding photographs in Lightroom/Photoshop to match Ivory Films’ signature style.
• Deliver teaser sets within 3 days and full albums within 10–12 days of handoff.
• Design curated social media posts/reels (photo-based) to engage audiences.
• Collaborate with photographers and cinematographers for visual consistency.
• Maintain organized file structures, backups, and naming conventions.
• Review and refine edits based on client and internal QC feedback.
• Ensure on-time delivery across multiple ongoing projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong editing craft – expertise in Lightroom, Photoshop, and album design tools.
• Eye for detail – skin retouching, color balance, and storytelling through images.
• Consistency – ability to replicate and maintain a defined visual style.
• Time management – capable of meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Collaborative mindset – open to feedback, adaptable, and a good communicator.
