The E-Commerce Sales Executive will be responsible for driving online sales through various e-commerce platforms and brand websites. This role involves managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer engagement to maximise sales and brand visibility. The candidate will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth online operations and an excellent customer experience, focusing on inventory, logistics, and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly and quarterly online sales targets across marketplaces and D2C platforms. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase conversion rates and average order value. Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and trends to stay competitive. 2. Marketplace Management Manage product listings, cataloging, images, and descriptions on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, etc. Optimize product content for SEO and improved search rankings. Ensure product visibility through campaigns, ads, and sponsored listings. 3. Inventory & Operations Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and manage replenishments. Track and resolve order-related issues, returns, and replacements promptly. 4. Digital Marketing Coordination Work with marketing teams to execute online campaigns, promotions, and festive offers. Analyze sales data and campaign performance to improve ROI. Handle influencer tie-ups, online reviews, and brand collaborations where applicable. 5. Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion, bounce rate, and cart abandonment. Recommend actionable insights for performance improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce sales or online business management. Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms and their seller dashboards. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Experience: Prior experience handling marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or a brand’s own Shopify/WordPress website. Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising will be an advantage. Compensation: Competitive salary + incentives based on sales performance.
