Wedding Designer

As a Wedding Designer at our Mumbai-based creative studio, you will be part of a team that has been transforming commercial spaces since 2010 with large-scale thematic decor and immersive installations. Our projects range from Guinness and Limca record-winning displays to seasonal and pop culture-themed setups in malls, airports, and urban landscapes across South Asia. If you are passionate about storytelling through space and enjoy creating extraordinary spectacles, this is where your imagination will meet scale. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in wedding or event design who possesses proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Strong sketching, visualization, and spatial planning skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of decor elements such as floral, lighting, and furniture setups. The ability to create detailed mood boards and design presentations, excellent communication and client handling skills, as well as experience in vendor coordination and on-site execution are also required. In your role as a Wedding Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing thematic decor for weddings and related events. This will involve developing mood boards, layouts, and presentations based on client briefs, as well as coordinating with vendors for floral, lighting, and furniture arrangements. Collaboration with clients to refine ideas and ensure alignment with their vision, overseeing on-site installations to ensure timely and high-quality execution, and adapting designs based on feedback to create personalized and memorable events will be key aspects of your work. This position is based in Mumbai and requires working from the office from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
