We believe in creativity, professionalism, and storytelling that connects. As we expand in Rishikesh, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Cinematographer/Photographer to join our team. Role & Responsibilities Hybrid Work: Handle both photography and cinematography as required for shoots (weddings, pre-weddings, real estate, family shoots, etc.). Own Gear: Must have and maintain your own professional camera gear and related equipment. Shoot Management: Take complete responsibility for assigned shoots – from planning to execution – ensuring high-quality results. Creative Input: Bring fresh ideas, experiment with styles, and contribute to enhancing the company’s portfolio. Professionalism on Shoot: Coordinate with clients, guide them during shoots, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience. Team Collaboration: Work with editors, assistants, and other team members to deliver projects on time. Growth-Oriented Mindset: Treat the company’s growth as your own; be proactive in identifying opportunities, improving workflows, and maintaining high standards. Reliability: Be punctual, dependable, and consistent with deadlines and commitments. Multi-tasking Ability: Ready to switch between different types of shoots (e.g., wedding one day, real estate the next). Adaptability: Comfortable working in different locations and conditions (indoor/outdoor shoots, hills, riverside, properties, etc.). Problem-Solving: Handle shoot challenges calmly—technical issues, location changes, or client adjustments. Requirements Proven experience in both cinematography and photography (portfolio required). Own professional camera gear (body, lenses, gimbal/tripod, lighting preferred). Strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling. Knowledge of shoot logistics and on-ground coordination. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel within Rishikesh and nearby areas for shoots. Positive, growth-focused attitude.
