“Part-Time WordPress Developer (Sydney Theme) for Corporate Site” Role Summary Join Citadel’s digital team on a part-time basis (about 20 hrs per week) to build, launch, and maintain our new affiliate website. You’ll own site setup, page creation, speed/security tuning, and basic SEO while working within the Sydney theme for brand consistency. Key Responsibilities Install & configure WordPress, Sydney theme, and core plugins Build and refine pages (Home, About, Services, News/Media, Certification Verification form, Online Training, Contact) Apply brand styling (colours, fonts, imagery) and ensure full mobile responsiveness Optimise Core Web Vitals; manage caching/CDN Set up Google Analytics & Search Console; handle routine updates/back-ups Produce a concise hand-over/wiki for internal staff Weekly Time Expectation ≈ 20 hours (flexible scheduling; must attend one 30-min sync call each week) Must-Have Skills 3+ yrs corporate WordPress development Elementor or Gutenberg proficiency Solid understanding of performance, security, and on-page SEO Nice-to-have: experience with LMS or membership plugins Suggested Core Plugins Elementor Pro • WP Rocket • Rank Math • WPML • Gravity Forms • UpdraftPlus (You may propose alternatives.)
