Website & Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update company website, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and user-friendly interface.
Handle social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media channels.
Monitor social media performance, respond to queries, and maintain online community engagement.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns.
Track analytics and prepare reports on website traffic, social media performance, and engagement metrics.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

BCA / MCA / BSc IT / BE IT.
710 years of experience managing websites and social media platforms.
Strong knowledge of social media channels, trends, and analytics.
Creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple digital platforms.
Basic knowledge of SEO, content management systems, and website maintenance.
