Website Operations Lead

As a Team Lead Web Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of brand websites across Shopify and Magento platforms. Your role will involve strong technical understanding, leadership capabilities, and the ability to streamline website operations at scale. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Web Ops executives. - Setting priorities, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of all website updates and deployments. - Building and maintaining SOPs for website operations, QA, and release cycles. - Conducting regular performance reviews and skill-building sessions. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Overseeing day-to-day operations across Shopify and Magento websites. - Monitoring key site metrics including ATC, CTR (banners), Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, etc. - Ensuring the web & app are kept up to date with correct offers, updated banners, new in products/brands, regularly updated category pages. - Conducting extensive research, A/B tests & competitive analysis in the areas of product assortment, pricing strategy, promotion strategy, placement & positioning on the platform. - Using analytics to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimize sales, measure performance & define strategy. - Monitoring conversion of key landing pages to improve where necessary. In terms of technical coordination, you will be required to: - Collaborate with Tech/product teams to resolve bugs, implement features, and optimize the platform. - Ensure SEO hygiene redirects, metadata, URL structures, and page-level optimization. Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience (4 yrs+) in website operations with an agency/ D2C brand/ E-Commerce platform. - Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. - Exposure to SEO best practices and CRO tools.,
