Website Manager - Digital Marketing

Job Description

We are looking for a Website Manager who will whole and solely own website projects and activities, achieving ambitious goals in a challenging IT environment. This person will ensure the delivery of a high-performing website with compelling experiences for our prospects, customers and investors. Responsibilities: Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the brand website. Managing workflows and adherence to content authoring guidelines for web content implementation and update. Planning and optimizing the website projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest standards of quality while development and testing. Working knowledge of integrating/coding/designing within a CMS. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, monitor competitor websites and coordinate website audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information. Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues. Use Google Analytics for creating reports and lead data and tracking of online activity from multiple web pages. Generate reports and provide insights and recommendations based on data. Develop status reports, cost estimates and resource plans and managing tech vendors. Ensuring that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely decision-making and effective communication between project stakeholders. Creating strategies to grow web traffic and engagement metrics. Ensuring that the website complies with the industry regulations and legal standards, avoiding any misinformation or compliance issues. Required Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as Website Manager in the BFSI space. Experience with Content Management System (CMS) and a minimum of 2 years of Website Management experience is a must. Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification. Working knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, mySQL and JavaScript. Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
