As a skilled Website Developer specializing in talent acquisition, you will play a crucial role in enhancing online presence and recruitment processes through innovative website solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - **Website Development**: - Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly and responsive recruitment websites. - Optimize performance across all devices for career pages, job boards, and applicant tracking systems. - **Talent Acquisition Integration**: - Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to integrate recruitment tools into the website. - Implement job application forms, resume submission systems, and candidate tracking functionalities. - **SEO and Analytics**: - Utilize SEO best practices to enhance visibility of recruitment websites and job postings. - Monitor site performance using web analytics to improve user experience and recruitment effectiveness. - **User Experience (UX)**: - Develop and optimize user interfaces for a seamless candidate experience. - Gather feedback and conduct usability testing to continually enhance website functionality. - **Content Management**: - Create and update engaging content related to job opportunities and company culture. - Ensure content aligns with employer branding and recruitment objectives. - **Technical Support**: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for recruitment websites. - Address issues related to website performance, security, and functionality. - **Collaboration**: - Work closely with HR and marketing teams to align website development with recruitment strategies. - Participate in meetings to understand and implement recruitment needs and goals. - **Project Management**: - Manage website development projects from conception to launch. - Ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards. - **Compliance**: - Ensure website practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements related to data protection and employment laws. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Human Resources, or related field. - Proven 2 years of experience in website development with a focus on integrating recruitment functionalities. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress and Drupal. - Familiarity with SEO best practices, web analytics tools, and UX/UI design principles. - Experience in talent acquisition or HR processes is advantageous. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. - Excellent communication skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. **Preferred Skills**: - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards. - Knowledge of web security practices and data protection regulations. - Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
